1. Initial meeting and subsequent full report
There will
be a one off fee for this
meeting which is not time limited and carries no additional expenses. A topic sheet listing the main
areas of information likely to be needed will be sent to the client prior to
this meeting.
The report will be posted to the
client within one week. |
| 2. Any subsequent business is on an hourly rate unless specified. This rate
is exclusive of additional expenses such as travel and communications. |
| 3. Travel time is not charged unless otherwise stated. |
| 4. Package prices are available and negotiable for specific projects and
international meetings. |
| 5. All press releases and articles will be submitted for approval to the
client or their named representative before publication. |
| 6. The client is the expert on his or her business and their input is
essential for a PR campaign to maximise its impact. |
